Five simple steps

Your enquiry
Get in touch by phone or through our form with a few details about the work you have in mind, the trees or hedges involved, and your postcode. There is no commitment at this stage, just a conversation about what you need.
- Step 2
Free survey & quote
We arrange a convenient time to visit and look at the work in person. Seeing the trees, the access and the surroundings lets us give accurate advice and spot anything that needs care, such as protected trees or nearby structures. You then receive a clear, written, no-obligation quote.
- Step 3
Scheduling the work
If you are happy to go ahead, we agree a date that suits you and confirm what will happen on the day, including any preparation needed, where we will park, and how we will protect your garden and your neighbours.
- Step 4
The work itself
Our team arrives on time and carries out the work safely and methodically, following recognised arboricultural practice. We keep you informed as we go and take care to work cleanly throughout.
- Step 5
Tidy up & sign-off
When the work is done we clear away all branches, logs and clippings, leave the site tidy, and walk through the finished job with you to make sure you are completely happy before we leave.
Questions about the process
Yes. Visiting to look at the work and giving you a written quote is free and comes with no obligation to proceed.
It varies with the time of year and how busy we are. We will give you a realistic idea of timing when we quote, and we will always agree a date that works for you.
Not necessarily, as long as we can access the area safely and have discussed everything beforehand. Many customers prefer to be around at the start and end, which is absolutely fine.
If a tree is covered by a Tree Preservation Order or is in a conservation area, consent from the council is needed first. We will flag this during the survey and help you understand the process.
